β€˜Just Words’

philosophy, Poem, Poetry, thoughts

6EFC52B2-FE95-4FB3-8583-F8FF6E2AB247I’d be that person were it for you,

I’d break my heart twice over for truth,

I’d have been more cautious if only I knew

that unconditional meant something different to you.

Were I you and you me,

were it your soul that were in contention

then I bet you’d understand

that feelings are conjured by action and not planned.

I bet then it may be clear,

that I were the villain and you needed me there.
